Where sessions happen
Priority Traffic Counseling is open for telehealth counseling sessions for all of Oregon, and for in-person counseling for anyone in and around the Lane County area.
My office is in a very secluded wooded area, which keeps things private. We can hold regular sessions in the office, or take them outside: nature walk-and-talk sessions can help reduce stress and anxiety levels, and help with trauma.
If you want in-person sessions but don't want to drive to my office 30 minutes west of Eugene, just ask. I'm passionate about getting you help and can offer alternatives for in-person sessions.

Regular sessions in a private wooded setting, 30 minutes west of Eugene.

Walk-and-talk sessions on the property. Good for stress, anxiety, and trauma work.

Telehealth for anyone living in the state of Oregon.
- Elsewhere in person
Alternatives to driving out are available on request.

Scheduling policies
Pre-appointment & intake
Everyone starts with an initial consult appointment before being confirmed as a client. The intake paperwork and consult are Sara's opportunity to gather background information and set goals for future sessions.
Paperwork is sent by email before the consult appointment, and must be completed before the first appointment after the consult.
Payment
At this time we take cash pay or fee for service only. A super-bill receipt can be provided for HSA and FSA reimbursement, and FSA credit cards are accepted.
